The Client

Chase Detailing is a locally owned mobile auto detailing company that has been cleaning cars by hand across central Oklahoma since 2015. Its detailers bring everything they need to customers' homes and offices in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon and Mustang, and the business started as a summer job for a 6th grade teacher.

The Challenge

Chase Detailing had built a loyal following, with more than 170 Google reviews, but its previous website ran on an older Divi theme, with one large photo, a short menu and not much else. It did little to show the people behind the business or explain how a mobile detail actually works.

Pricing was the bigger problem. Every package depends on the size of the vehicle and how deep a clean the customer wants, and customers need to know what to expect before the detailer arrives. All of that had to be clear before anyone pressed Book.

Our Approach

We gave the site a bold, playful look that matches the company's attitude: deep navy with bright blue, red and orange, tall condensed headlines, wavy section dividers and real photos of the team at work. The homepage tells the story quickly, from the hero and the Sparkling Clean Since 2015 section to a four-step booking guide, before and after photos and the Chase Guarantee.

Behind the design we built the site on WordPress and Elementor Pro, with a pricing structure organized by vehicle size. Every Book button leads straight into the company's online booking system, the Login link lets customers manage their own appointments, and a clean, consistent design carries through the FAQ, gift card and custom estimate pages.

What We Built

Choose a feature to see it on the site.

  • The pricing page starts with one simple question, what you drive. Sedan, Small SUV, SUV/Truck, XL SUV/Truck/Van and Motorcycle each have a card with example models, and a Not Sure card sends unusual vehicles to the custom estimate form.

A brand people remember

The wavy dividers, bright colors and sparkle shapes give Chase Detailing a look no other local detailer has. Real photos of the team, the dog and the driveway keep it personal and down to earth.

Clear pricing before booking

Customers choose their vehicle, compare three package levels and see a starting and average price before they book. That sets honest expectations and cuts down on surprises when the detailer arrives.

Fewer questions, better prepared customers

The four-step guide, FAQ videos and a full Terms and Conditions page explain prep, policies and what to expect ahead of time. Customers arrive informed, and the team spends less time answering the same questions.

Trust built into every page

Google reviews, the 4.6 rating, the Chase Guarantee and the locally owned and insured message repeat throughout the site. Every page ends with a clear invitation to book or ask a question.
