Chance

Chance is one of our co-founders and leads revenue and client strategy. He's usually the first person our new clients talk to, and with 10+ years in web design and digital marketing, he knows the right questions to ask from the very first call through scoping and the proposal.

Those first conversations are about where a business is headed, not pages and features. He looks at the whole picture: how the brand, the website and the marketing behind it fit together, and where one is holding the others back. That thinking shapes the strategy we build from, so every project is pointed at the same goals from day one.

He doesn't hand clients off once the work begins, either. He stays their main point of contact from kickoff to launch, working alongside our project manager to guide them through every stage of the build. You always know who to call, and he always knows where your project stands. Plenty of our long-term clients still call him first when they're planning what's next.

When he's not at work, he's usually planning the next trip: 29 countries and 5 continents so far, with Antarctica firmly on the list. At home you'll find him on the tennis court or the golf course, with friends, or hunting down a restaurant he hasn't tried yet.
