The Client

Gideon Taylor is a PeopleSoft and Oracle consulting and software company based in American Fork, Utah. It builds products like GT eForms, GT UX and the Ida.Next enterprise AI agent, and offers consulting, managed services, staffing, hosting and training to organizations in higher education, the public sector, healthcare and enterprise.

The Challenge

Gideon Taylor's previous website was built on an older WordPress theme with a dark stock-photo hero and a long paragraph listing everything the company did. Products, services and training were grouped under broad labels like Solutions and Resources, so it was hard to tell what Gideon Taylor actually sells.

The company's offer had also grown. It now spans its own products, AI solutions, PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud services, a training program with a course catalog, and a steady stream of webinars, case studies and blog posts. The site had to make all of that easy to find for IT leaders at universities, government agencies and large companies.

Our Approach

We gave the brand a brighter, friendlier look built around its blue and orange logo, with Montserrat headings, light blue backgrounds and real photography of people at work. The homepage leads with a clear message, then walks visitors through the challenges Gideon Taylor solves, its customers, a video series and the latest thinking from the team.

We developed the site on WordPress and Elementor Pro, with three mega menus for Products, Services and Company, and custom content types for case studies, videos, webinars and training events. That structure lets the marketing team publish new content on its own while every page keeps the same consistent design.

A clearer story

Visitors now see what Gideon Taylor does within seconds, from the headline to the six challenges it solves. The brighter design feels approachable for a company working in complex enterprise software.

Easier to find the right offer

Mega menus with clear categories turn a long list of products and services into something easy to scan. IT leaders can go straight to eForms, AI, managed services or training.

Proof on every page

Customer logos, case studies, results and videos appear throughout the site, close to the products they describe. Prospects see how universities, states and large companies use Gideon Taylor's tools.

Built for a busy content team

Custom content types for case studies, videos, webinars and training events let the team keep the site current without rebuilding pages. New content appears in the right grids and calendars automatically.
