Summit Tours is a Colorado tour and transportation company based in Dillon, in Summit County. Operated by Summit Express, a local mountain shuttle company, it runs small-group guided tours, including a Continental Divide scenic tour, a full-day Rocky Mountain National Park tour and an evening haunted history tour of Breckenridge, along with private group transportation and custom trips.

Summit Tours grew out of Summit Express, a shuttle company that had spent years driving guests around Summit County. The new tour brand needed a home of its own. Before this site, the domain was a parked placeholder page, so there was nothing to build on.
The site had two jobs. Visitors planning a day in the mountains needed to compare three very different tours, from a 4-hour scenic drive to a full day in Rocky Mountain National Park and an after-dark ghost tour, and book one without calling. Groups planning weddings, retreats or ski trips needed a clear path to private transportation and a custom quote. Both had to trust a new name, which meant showing the Summit Express connection from the start.

We built the design around the scenery. The homepage opens with full-screen mountain video and the line "Elevated Adventures", with a navy and warm amber palette, a sturdy serif for headings and big photography of the places each tour visits. The main menu splits into Signature Tours and Private Transportation & Custom Experiences, so each audience finds its side of the business right away.
We developed the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro. Each tour has its own page with the same clear structure, Book Now buttons open an online booking widget on the page, and Formidable forms handle general questions and detailed custom trip quotes. The Summit Express backing appears on the homepage, the tours page and its own section of the Why Summit Tours page.

The Signature Tours page presents all three tours as photo cards with a short "best for" note, so visitors can see who each tour suits. A quick guide further down matches tours to situations, from short on time to looking for something after dinner.

Mountain video, real photography of the stops and a consistent navy and amber look make a new tour company feel trustworthy from the first visit. The Summit Express connection backs that up on the pages where visitors decide.
A Book Now button sits in the header, and on every tour page it opens booking right on the page. Visitors can go from reading about a tour to choosing a date without leaving the site.
Duration, pickup, lunch, accessibility, what to bring and the weather policy are all on the site, laid out in cards and an FAQ. Guests arrive prepared and the team spends less time answering the same questions.
Every tour page follows the same template, so Summit Tours can add new tours as the business grows. Built on WordPress and Elementor Pro, the site is easy for the team to update each season.
