NeosRx is a pharmacy benefit manager based in Sandy, Utah. It offers a pass-through, lowest net cost PBM model, a private label program that lets health plans and other organizations run a PBM under their own brand, and Specialty Select, a platform for routing specialty prescriptions to the lowest net-cost pharmacy. It serves employers, brokers and consultants, health plans, health systems and their members.

Pharmacy benefits are hard to explain. NeosRx competes against much larger PBMs with a model built on pass-through pricing, no spread and no owned pharmacies, and that difference only matters if a benefits leader can understand it quickly. Before this site, the NeosRx domain held little more than a blank placeholder page.
The audience was also split several ways. Employers want lower pharmacy spend, brokers and consultants need a model they can defend in an RFP, health plans and health systems are weighing private label and joint venture options, and members just need help with their prescriptions. Each group needed its own path without the site turning into a maze.

We organized the site around who is visiting and what NeosRx sells. The main menu splits into Solutions, with a page for each of the three offerings, and Who We Serve, with a page for each audience. Each entry in those dropdowns carries a one-line summary, so visitors can choose their path before they click. The visual design pairs a calm navy and soft blue palette with green calls to action, DM Sans headings and friendly photography of pharmacists at work, so a technical subject feels approachable.
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro, turning dense material into formats that are easy to scan: comparison tables, tabbed solution overviews, stat counters, accordions and card grids. News, case studies and FAQs sit under Resources & Insights, and a contact form routes each message to sales, pharmacy contracting or member support.

The Who We Serve menu opens into cards for brokers and consultants, employers, members, and health plans and health systems, each with a short summary of what NeosRx offers them. Visitors can pick the page written for their role straight from the header.

Pass-through pricing, lowest net cost and private label PBMs are now explained in short sections, tables and plain-language FAQs. A benefits leader can understand how NeosRx differs from a traditional PBM in a few minutes.
Employers, brokers, health plans and members each have a page written for them and reachable from the header. Every page ends with the same next step, an invitation to a strategy session with the NeosRx team.
Client quotes, partner logos, leadership bios and case studies appear across the site, so the claims on each page are backed by people and organizations. For a company asking organizations to switch PBMs, that trust carries real weight.
Built on WordPress and Elementor Pro with reusable sections, the site lets NeosRx publish articles, add case studies and update pages without starting from scratch. Topic tags and the newsletter sign-up give the news section room to grow.
